Job Summary

ICNA Relief USA Programs Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resettlement services. The successful candidate will provide guidance, leadership, and direct support in all aspects of service provision, ensuring compliance with program standards and grant requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of core resettlement services, including program performance evaluation, monitoring, reporting, financial management, and compliance.
  • Train and lead staff, ensuring adequate staffing to meet program objectives.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with leadership on program status, clients, and outcomes.
  • Provide timely reports on management and contract compliance issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of relevant domestic and/or international experience in refugee resettlement, with previous experience in program management and staff supervision.
  • Experience managing federal and state grants, as well as program creation and development.
  • Ability to work under pressure with deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to write and edit reports.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience using databases and information gathering systems.

Work Environment:

Employee must be available during core work hours, starting from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and work 40 hours each week to maintain a full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Travel Requirements:

ICNA Relief is a national organization with operations across various states, therefore the candidate must be willing and prepared to travel for official work/assignment at a 24-hour notice.
