The firm primarily focuses on managing both client and proprietary assets through a diverse range of hedge fund strategies, including discretionary and systematic approaches across various market sectors.

Position Summary:

We are in search of seasoned Portfolio Managers with expertise in Fixed Income Relative Value strategies. This crucial position involves overseeing a substantial capital allocation while ensuring comprehensive risk management across all active investments.

Our firm values teamwork and encourages continuous dialogue regarding macroeconomic trends, geopolitical factors, and market dynamics. Core Responsibilities:

  • Independently oversee a considerable capital allocation by developing, executing, and managing a Fixed Income Relative Value strategy.
  • Build portfolios that take advantage of discrepancies in global interest rate curves, optimizing the use of available resources and tactically expressing views on global duration and curves.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of interest rate curves, including valuation factors such as carry, roll, and convexity, as well as forecasting issuance schedules and market expectations to identify optimal investment opportunities.
  • Implement rigorous risk management practices, continuously evaluating the validity of all positions and investment hypotheses.
  • Collaborate effectively within a global team framework, contributing to and benefiting from shared insights and expertise.
  • Ensure adherence to all industry regulations, compliance standards, and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in Fixed Income Relative Value, evidenced by strong investment performance and a Sharpe Ratio exceeding 1.5.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio management, ideally within a hedge fund environment.
  • Expertise in quantitative methods for evaluating and pricing investment opportunities, enhancing execution and structuring of relative value strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the fixed income and interest rate asset classes, including the interrelationships among products, basis risks, funding markets, and central bank policies.
  • A collaborative mindset with a strong desire to learn from peers in a global team setting.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards and integrity in all professional dealings.
  • Exceptional decision-making skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.

Application Process:

Interested candidates should submit their CV along with a detailed account of their investment track record, including evidence of a Sharpe Ratio greater than 1.5, and a comprehensive outline of their proposed investment strategy and process.

Compensation:

The base salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. Total compensation may include additional performance-based bonuses and employee benefits.
