Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Sutter Health. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health, or a related field, and be licensed as a LCSW or LMFT. This role will involve conducting telephonic clinical assessments, establishing treatment plans, and providing crisis counseling and suicide intervention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct telephonic clinical assessments and establish treatment plans based on individual needs and readiness
  • Provide crisis counseling and suicide intervention
  • Manage workplace issues and facilitate workshops and training for customers and internal staff
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health, or a related field
  • LCSW or LMFT licensure
  • Valid driver's license
  • 2 years of recent relevant experience
