Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining records and information related to human resources processes
• Conduct orientation sessions to welcome new employees to the team
• Support the implementation of HR processes and procedures in compliance with policy
• Provide clerical support to the HR department, ensuring smooth operations
• Handle other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Utilize HRMS and ADP Workforce Now for managing and processing HR tasks
• Conduct background checks as part of the recruitment process
• Support auditing processes within the HR department
• Utilize skills in customer service to resolve employee inquiries
• Manage benefit functions, ensuring employees are informed and benefits are administered correctly.
• MUST be able to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Ceridian and HRMS software
• Knowledge of About Time software
• Familiarity with conducting background checks
• Ability to manage benefit functions effectively
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good understanding of HR principles and best practices
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
