As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for leading and executing people strategies in line with the organization's imperatives for the Americas region. Your primary goal will be to enable the achievement of business strategies by providing expert HR support and guidance to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative HR practices to support business objectives and ensure effective management of the employee life cycle.
- Oversee the monthly payroll process and collaborate with Finance and external partners to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Maintain up-to-date compliance in the HR system and ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of office administration to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to provide comprehensive HR support and guidance.
- Ensure timely hiring for all positions, meeting business requirements and deadlines.
- Drive skill enhancement through targeted learning interventions and monitor and update the learning agenda based on business needs.
- Oversee the timely completion of the performance management process, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Monitor engagement scores and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and processes across the region, ensuring compliance and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate HR data in the HRMS, generate reports, conduct audits, and provide analytics for informed decision-making.
- Provide guidance on complex HR issues such as accommodations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Analyze trends and recommend competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Foster a positive workplace environment through regular team celebrations and recognition events.
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role in an HRBP position for customer-facing functions (Sales / Service / Dealership).
- Proven experience of working directly with Leadership teams.
- Exposure to COE functions (Talent Acquisition / Learning & Development / Talent Management).
- Knowledge of latest HR Digital tools and practices, experience in implementation of any such tools.
- Post Graduate Degree / Diploma (Full Time) in Human Resources / Psychology / related field.
- Full Time Bachelors Degree - Any specialization.
- Certification / Specialization in HR courses (Psychology, Digital HR, Analytics etc. from reputed institute) will be desired.
- Strategic HR Planning, Payroll & Compliance Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement & Retention, HR Policies & Processes, Data Analytics & HRMS Management, Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Leadership & Team Collaboration, Adaptability & Problem Solving.
