Job Title: Associate Wealth Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Wealth Advisor. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, assisting in investment management, and supporting the daily operations of our office.

Responsibilities:

* Provide best-in-class service experience to clients, wealth advisors, and internal associates through frequent communication and collaboration
* Serve as a liaison between firm professionals and clients services associates in the research, review, and execution of sensitive and/or high priority investment related tasks
* Provide direct support to Senior Wealth Advisors in daily aspects of client service, advising, and financial planning
* Assist with business development efforts and coordinate timely investment process of new client accounts within internal guidelines
* Develop a deep understanding of portfolio construction and risk management
* Communicate with separate account managers regarding client service issues

Qualifications:

* Four-year college degree (Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics preferred)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
