About the Role

Capital One is seeking a highly skilled Product Management Senior Associate to join our Commercial Communications & Contacts team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and discovery to inform our Commercial Bank's messaging and notifications strategy
  • Rally our Design, Architecture, and Engineering teams around clearly articulated user experience and business outcomes
  • Build a business case to identify and prioritize key facets of our client communication strategy
  • Partner closely with our Design team to develop user flows, wireframes, and designs to conduct usability testing and gain feedback
  • Evaluate qualitative and quantitative inputs to iterate and inform future product capabilities and iteration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
  • 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products
  • 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
  • 1+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
