Remedy Bartender

About the Role:

This full-time, year-round position is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Remedy Bartender, you'll be responsible for serving guests with expert knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks, as well as assisting with product inventory, bar supplies, and objectives set by managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional, courteous, and efficient guest service, following the standards and sequence of service.
  • Follow bar P&Ps and daily checklists.
  • Handle guest requests in a courteous and efficient manner, following up to ensure the guest is aware of the follow-up.
  • Provide quick and efficient beverage service, following state and city alcohol laws while adhering to Four Seasons standards of service.
  • Ensure each guest is greeted promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile.
  • Assist in drink development, promotions/special events, product inventory, and any other related tasks.
Requirements:
  • One or more years of bartending experience, preferably in a luxury hotel and/or high-end bar environment.
  • Working knowledge of Micros POS system is beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal and personal presentation skills.
  • Guest-focused mentality and understanding of the importance of guest preferences.
  • The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
  • Position requires continuous standing for 8 or more hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Fluency in English is required for this location, and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the United States.
