Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned office manager with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and CRM software systems, possessing strong formal writing and editing skills. This role requires a high level of administrative support and assistance to senior staff, including drafting documents, arranging travel, and scheduling meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting letters, memos, and reports.
  • Support Governance Board meetings, including arranging, taking minutes, and ordering supplies.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives.
  • Schedule and attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
  • Receive directives from executive team and execute swiftly and independently.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
  • Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
Education and Experience
  • Associates or bachelor's degree in related field required.
  • At least four years of related experience required.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
