Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at NICE. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and resolving complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers via various communication channels, including email, chat, and voice.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues, utilizing various tools and resources.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide a collaborative solution that meets customer needs.
- Document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical support team members as needed.
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field.
- 6+ years of experience in a customer service field, preferably in a technical capacity.
- Excellent technical, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
