About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at NICE. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and resolving complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via various communication channels, including email, chat, and voice.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues, utilizing various tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide a collaborative solution that meets customer needs.
  • Document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical support team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field.
  • 6+ years of experience in a customer service field, preferably in a technical capacity.
  • Excellent technical, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
