The executive director is accountable for maintaining high standards of care and service while fostering a welcoming environment for staff members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an annual strategic organizational plan along with a comprehensive budget.
  • Foster a workplace culture that attracts and retains a skilled and diverse workforce.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the financial viability of the organization.
  • Prepare and present agendas, reports, and documentation for board meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years of leadership experience in hospitality or senior living management.
  • Demonstrated success in business growth and development.
  • Experience in large-scale program implementation.
  • A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
