About the Job:

This is a great opportunity to work with a talented team at Philips. As a Data-Driven Customer Expert, you will play a key role in generating insights from deep analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to provide thoughtful and relevant customer experience recommendations.

\

You will work closely with NAR and business leaders to address unique questions regarding customer experience and retention. Your key responsibilities will include making presentations that include recommendations on NAR and Business investment using data-driven insights, summary analysis of news and trends, and comprehensive review of purchasing personas and behaviors.

\
