Job Description

We're seeking an exceptional Chief Data Architect, Enterprise Engineering to join our team. As a key member of our data engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of our enterprise-wide data strategy. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead a team of data engineers in designing and building scalable data architectures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and technologies
  • Analyze complex data problems and develop creative solutions to drive business value
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and apply this knowledge to improve our data ecosystem
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 9 years of experience in software engineering or data engineering
  • A proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale data systems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS
