  • Lead technical projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide technical support in daily operations, including incident management and problem remediation.
  • Manage network services, including routing and switching, DNS, and static IP.
  • Create and maintain documentation of network configuration, network diagrams, and service records.
  • Manage and track principal advisories on patches, vulnerabilities, and firmware upgrades.
  • Plan and apply security patches and firmware upgrades to devices.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Institute.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience with in-depth hands-on experience on network devices, including Cisco Nexus switches, Catalyst switches, ASR Routers, Infoblox, and Networking Monitoring Tools.
  • Minimum CCNP certification (routing & switching).
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in a multitasking, fast-paced, and complex work environment.
  • Good communication skills, positive attitude, team player, resourceful, and able to resolve problems independently.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting a campus network infrastructure.
