Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to end-users within our desktop computing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and on-call support to end-users, resolving technical issues and ensuring optimal service delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer OS and peripheral issues, including audio and video devices.
- Handle hardware and software installations, including deployment tools like SCCM.
- Maintain knowledge of SOE and group policies, as well as printer support and MS Office tools installation and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent technical skills, including solid troubleshooting abilities and knowledge of Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems.
- Ability to manage time and resources effectively, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule, with a commitment to work on demand when required.
