About the Role:
- Assemble medical devices on two or more product lines, meeting or exceeding quantity standards set by the supervisor or lead.
- Demonstrate understanding of Quality System Policies by referencing and explaining written line procedures.
- Complete and maintain accurate records of manufacturing operations on production documentation following training, including Device History Records, Data Sheets, and Lot Control.
- Follow instructions from the Supervisor or Lead regarding priorities, schedules, special assignments, job standards, and information required to build medical devices.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of previous medical device assembly experience.
- Strong communication skills to interact with supervisors, leads, and team members.
- Basic mathematical skills as required to perform job duties.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow cleanroom practices and procedures.
