Medical Compliance Specialist

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
Job OverviewWe're seeking an exceptional Medical Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about ensuring compliance with federal and state transparency laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:- Data Management: Participate in activities related to the management of Alkermes' aggregate spend data collection system and related source systems.
- Data Review and Validation: Conduct ongoing data and documentation review and validation in preparation for report submissions, including external research on individuals and entities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to identify and collect data.
- Reporting: Prepare data for submission in required reporting templates according to established deadlines.
- Dispute Resolution: Assist in managing the process for handling disputes and inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a related or similar role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications required, advanced knowledge of Excel preferred
- Experience with data analytics, a plus
