Donato Technologies Inc is seeking a seasoned Delivery Director to lead our cloud and infrastructure service line. As a key member of our Delivery team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of the delivery team, ensuring delivery quality, and meeting executive client and internal stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and contribute to project plan development, objectives, and deadline setting.
  • Ensure project compliance with milestones, business objectives, and client goals.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external executives.
  • Work independently on engagement tasks while directing junior resource efforts.
  • Manage account teams and ensure client expectations are met.
  • Liaise with clients to gain a thorough understanding of business vision and direction.
  • Recruit new resources, capacity plan, and conduct performance management.
  • Develop policies, processes, and development programs to elevate the organization.
  • Recommend business development strategies and process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • 7 to 12 years of management and/or technology consulting experience.
  • 5+ years of business development for technology solutions offerings.
  • Bachelor degree, preferably in information technology, business, or engineering disciplines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience presenting to senior-level management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership and resource development skills.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience with a large consulting organization.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in a line of business heavily interacting with IT.
