POSITION SUMMARY:

This role involves processing transactions and ensuring the sales area is tidy and well-stocked. The objective is to enhance our business growth by delivering a memorable shopping experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE,

  • Welcome arriving and departing guests with a sincere smile and direct eye contact.
  • Recommend products, share insights, and provide detailed merchandise information.
  • Stay vigilant and attentive on the sales floor to assist with customer needs.
  • Handle customer complaints or refunds with a positive demeanor and professionalism.
  • Oversee financial transactions and process payments using the POS system.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked sales floor.
  • Organize stock rooms and accurately monitor inventory levels.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Practical experience in cashier responsibilities and cash handling
  • Dependable and trustworthy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred minimum of 6 months in retail-related roles.
  • Preferred minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service.
