**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our team at Velocity Enterprises. As an Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building control systems, fire alarm systems, and switchgear.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **System Maintenance**: Conduct regular condition checks and perform maintenance tasks to ensure the operational safety and reliability of our electrical systems.
- **Testing and Inspection**: Test stationary and portable electrical equipment and systems according to relevant testing regulations, and ensure their operational safety and reliability.
- **Troubleshooting and Repair**: Conduct fault searches in case of system failures, troubleshoot issues, replace electrical and electronic components, and document results.
- **Customer Support**: Advise customers on technical optimizations and carry out new construction and renovation projects for building systems, supervise and monitor subcontractors, and support acceptance inspections.
**Requirements**
- **Education**: Electrician for energy and building technology (m/f/d) or equivalent.
- **Knowledge**: Installation, repair, and maintenance of components and electrical systems.
- **Experience**: Experience in the field of electrical engineering and testing of stationary and portable equipment is advantageous.
- **Personality**: Team player; self-initiative, sense of responsibility, and conscientious work ethic.
