Job Summary

This role is part of the Order to Cash LAD SSC Operations team, responsible for credit, collections, cash application, and invoice delivery operations for US Federal customers and strategic commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and project manage various transformation initiatives, focusing on operational improvement, finance systems, and financial processes.
  • Collaborate with sales support, accounts receivable, and customers to resolve ability to pay, communicate contractual specifications, and enforce remedies.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, including delinquency, write-offs, credit memos, and additional interest.
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers and coordinate with different departments for approvals and signoffs.
  • Conduct pre-sale credit risk evaluation, prepare recommendations, and make credit approval decisions on new accounts.
  • Recognize deteriorating credit situations, recommend and implement solutions, and prepare collection reports.
  • Participate in weekly operations review, quarter-end close, strategy implementations, and executive reporting.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis, develop a strong understanding of various items on the Fusion ERP projects, and extract data, analyze, and perform variance analysis on collections aging reports.
  • Assist with financial presentations for quarterly reviews with senior management and proactively drive analysis on key trends and understand business drivers behind the trends.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy of management reporting.
Requirements
  • BA/BS in Business, Accounting, and/or Finance.
  • Master's Degree in Business, Accounting, and/or Finance preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, prior O2C experience preferred.
  • Ability to excel in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to get results with minimum guidance.
  • Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with peers and counterparts in a global/multi-location setup.
  • Strong expertise in Office Tools – MS Excel, PowerPoint skills.
  • Great teammate and ability to take ownership of tasks/projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience doing variance analysis.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
