- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, participating in performance improvement initiatives and contributing to research and educational activities.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining up-to-date records and communicating effectively with patients and families.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, with a focus on a related field.
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program, with a strong foundation in clinical skills and medical knowledge.
- Current licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant in the state of New York, with prescription privileges.
- Current NCCPA Certification from the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants.
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
