Neurosurgery Physician Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team in Neurosurgery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with medical and/or surgical problems, under the general supervision of a licensed physician.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with medical and/or surgical problems
- Perform routine histories and physical examinations
- Perform and/or interpret diagnostic tests and/or procedures
- Participate in training and quality assurance activities
- Deliver direct patient care
Qualifications:
- Completion of NYS-approved program for training of physician assistant
- Minimum Bachelor of Science program/degree in Physician Assistant studies
- Registration required with New York State as Physician Assistant
- Certification with National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
