Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategist to join our team at Tracy-Locke. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing compelling, insight-rich commerce strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of assigned brands, including consumer demographics, psychographics, and media.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform communication strategies.
  • Resourcefully find secondary research to support strategy development.
  • Articulate the strategy into an inspiring narrative and own the development of creative and strategic briefs.
  • Apply the shopper journey to our strategic output and develop constructive relationships with cross-functional agency and client teams.
  • Participate in brainstorms and deliver stimulus and points of view.
  • Evaluate the effects of the work on market performance, competitive environment, consumer perception, and long-term demand for the brand.
  • Embodies the values of the agency.

  • Solid presentation skills.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity.
  • Well-developed analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Keynote.
  • Highly organized, flexible, and able to adapt to unique situations and projects.
