Job Summary:

The University of Washington Medical Center-Montlake has an outstanding opportunity for a Health Services Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and management of the Vascular Surgery Department, including budget development and personnel supervision.

They will also act in an advisory capacity to the Administrative and Medical Directors, providing financial guidance and management advice.

Additionally, the manager will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, standards, and clinical education in the Vascular Lab, as well as ensuring the safe and appropriate conduct of research, clinical trials, and new technology.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and current registration as a registered vascular technologist through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.

They will also have 4 or more years of previous lead or supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
