Job Title: Healthcare Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing all facets of a construction program, including development, coordination, and implementation of a program schedule to ensure programs are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed expected quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage budgets and communicate effectively with all team members, including subcontractors and clients.
  • Ensure delivery order execution is in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Develop and review SOW through site visits, existing conditions, and client needs.
  • Negotiate with client and subcontractors as necessary.
  • Coordinate project close out, obtaining required documentation, assisting in pre-final inspections and As-Built drawings.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
  • Previous experience managing and coordinating multiple projects, subcontractors, and vendors simultaneously.
  • Previous experience managing healthcare renovation in occupied facilities.
  • Knowledge of codes and regulations in the healthcare environment.
  • Proficient in producing detailed fixed price estimates.
  • Possess effective negotiating skills.
  • Resource Management; to include operations support staff, vendors, subcontractors, and time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • USACE Construction Quality Management Certification.
  • Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) Workshop Completion.
  • Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC).
