Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and collect referral information to support patient eligibility for care.
  • Collaborate with Area Vice Presidents of Sales to foster relationships with key account staff.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive referrals and growth.
  • Communicate with patients and their families to explain care options and services.
  • Work closely with hospital staff to ensure seamless transitions and discharge planning.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of practical experience in a clinical setting.
  • LPN/RN License preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience in Case Management and sales a plus.
