We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology. As a key member of our National Security Sector, you will play a critical role in supporting sector and division activities, driving business growth, and developing strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate division and GDIT efforts pertaining to operations, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement business strategies, leveraging expertise in program management, business development, and operations.
- Collaborate with sector leaders to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring compliance with corporate and government policies.
- Provide strategic support to the sector leader, including planning leadership offsites, employee engagement activities, and other events.
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other materials to division leaders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Manage and maintain online materials, including newsletters and announcements, to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Track action items across the executive team, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Travel as required to support sector activities, with an estimated 10% travel frequency.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Five (5)+ years of experience in program, project, and/or business administration, with a focus on operations and business development.
- Strong knowledge of business development operations, including strategy development and implementation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- TS/SCI with Poly Clearance required.
