Position Overview

We are in search of a diligent and enthusiastic individual who is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of customer service. By offering tailored support to our guests and property owners, you will contribute to the growth of our expanding portfolio of vacation rentals.

Compensation Package
  • $22 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, vendors, and occasionally property owners within a local management office
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries, make occasional outbound calls, and respond to emails or chats daily from guests with questions or concerns regarding reservations or other issues
  • Assist in creating and managing maintenance and housekeeping requests (if applicable)
  • Confirm unit availability to facilitate vendor or realtor visits
  • Meet and uphold Vacasa's standards and metrics, including guest satisfaction, accuracy, efficiency, and conversion of inquiries into reservations
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships and open communication with other internal support teams
  • In certain locations, you may oversee other Guest Service team members

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Availability to work various shifts, including early mornings and evenings, throughout the week
  • Capability to use hands for various tasks and reach with arms
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
    • Reach overhead and below waist level
    • Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
    • Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
    • Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist as needed
