Key Responsibilities
  • Program Administration: Supervise and coordinate the activities of support staff, manage tenant relations, and ensure compliance with program regulations.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Generate and submit regular reports to funding sources, track program metrics, and maintain accurate records.
  • Client Support: Provide emergency assistance, first aid, and CPR services as needed, and offer support and guidance to clients in crisis.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Director and other staff members to ensure seamless program operations, and maintain open communication with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, or business administration).
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a related field, preferably in a residential or social services setting.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Certifications: CPR training certification or willingness to obtain.
