We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Turning Point Community Programs. This is a full-time position responsible for providing administrative support to our program staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to program staff, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Develop and implement office systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Assist with data entry, mail processing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide support for special projects and events as required.
- Associate's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
