Key responsibilities of the Home Health Registered Nurse role include:

  • Providing home-based care to patients with a range of conditions
  • Working with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Colorado
  • Graduate of an accredited school or program of nursing
  • At least 1200 hours of experience as an RN
  • Healthcare CPR/BLS certification
  • Home health care experience preferred
  • Great organizational skills and ability to manage patients with chronic illnesses
