About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative at Goldfish Swim School. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and registration transactions, and ensuring a positive experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide the highest quality of service to our members and guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
  • Sales and Registration: Process student registrations using effective sales and customer service techniques, and assist clients with purchases of merchandise and vending.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including checking in students, maintaining cleanliness, and monitoring the snack shack area.
  • Communication: Answer telephones, respond to inquiries, take messages, and screen and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve customer concerns and complaints using a professional approach.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Experience: Two years of previous customer service and/or administrative office experience preferred.
  • Skills: Intermediate level computer skills required, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and other software systems.
