Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in SoCal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial water purification market.
Key Responsibilities- Sell our high-end water purification systems to new and existing customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners to identify business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Exceptional hunter with fearless new business skills
- Proven ability to be resourceful at networking events, shows, and gaining referrals
- Previous business-to-business sales experience, minimum 1 year outside sales
- Ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively
- Strong phone skills, including setting new appointments and handling objections
- Excellent presentation and persuasive skills
- Strong negotiation skills and health-conscious appearance
- Total sales compensation opportunity of $75,000-$235,000+
- 75%+ close rate on free in-office trials
