About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in SoCal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial water purification market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell our high-end water purification systems to new and existing customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners to identify business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Exceptional hunter with fearless new business skills
  • Proven ability to be resourceful at networking events, shows, and gaining referrals
  • Previous business-to-business sales experience, minimum 1 year outside sales
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively
  • Strong phone skills, including setting new appointments and handling objections
  • Excellent presentation and persuasive skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and health-conscious appearance
