Job Overview
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring outstanding service delivery to our clientele. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing cashiers and baggers, optimizing the checkout experience, and managing various tasks within the service center. Additionally, you will step in for the Service Center Manager as required. Comprehensive training will be provided at the store level.
Eligibility Criteria – Internal Candidates:
  • At least six months of employment with Schnucks for Store/Facility Team Members.
  • A minimum of one year of service with Schnucks for Store Support Center Team Members.
  • Must maintain good standing and receive managerial endorsement based on performance.
