- Customer Complaint Resolution: Immediately attend to any customer service problem or complaint, notifying management as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
- Inventory Management: Ensure that all product holding times are strictly observed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to provide hot and fresh food to guests in a timely manner, maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
- Positive Attitude: Positive attitude, friendly disposition, and ability to work professionally with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Communication Skills: Basic computer skills and effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Time Management: Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment, managing time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Security Measures: Practices adequate security measures in cash handling, making frequent cash drops, and maintaining a minimum amount of cash in the drawer.
- Integrity and Respect: Demonstrates integrity and respect for coworkers, guests, and equipment, upholding the company's values and standards.
