Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver presentations to prospective clients and inform them about the company's offerings in a face-to-face setting.
  • Consistently meet or surpass sales objectives and quotas.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to devise effective sales strategies and enhance overall sales performance.
  • Assist in training new team members to ensure their success.
  • Inform customers about the benefits of solar energy.
Qualifications:
  • No prior experience required; 1-2 years in sales or a related field is a Plus
  • Disciplined and dedicated.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
