SAS Retail Services is seeking a seasoned Retail Operations Manager to lead our merchandising team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing merchandising and sales activities in high-traffic retail locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of retail merchandisers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their objectives.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with in-store management and other business partners.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports, including recaps, audits, and itineraries.
  • Travel and Scheduling: Travel at least 40% of the time, visiting stores and managing work schedules for direct reports.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of merchandising experience, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • Leadership: 1-2 years of lead or supervisory experience.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present information to store management and other business partners.
  • Travel: Ability to travel at least 40% of the time.
