- Experience: 2+ years of merchandising experience, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Leadership: 1-2 years of lead or supervisory experience.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present information to store management and other business partners.
- Travel: Ability to travel at least 40% of the time.
