We are seeking a skilled and motivated ADU Sales Representative to join our team in the Bay Area. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and passion for helping others.

The Role
You will learn our proven consultative sales approach and help guide customers to make informed decisions based on their personal needs and motivations. As an ADU Sales Representative, you will work collaboratively with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your sales expertise to understand customer needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
- Work closely with the pre-construction team to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve sales performance
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
