About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at US Fertility. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to individuals and couples undergoing fertility treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients, providing expert support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
  • Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, and communicate physician orders and instructions to ensure seamless care.
  • Develop and deliver pre and post-operative education programs to empower patients with knowledge and confidence.
  • Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, fostering a sense of trust and understanding.
  • Work independently to achieve program goals, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to follow-through.
  • Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare, with familiarity with medical terminology and a high degree of comfort with computer applications.
