Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team at Guidehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, with experience in designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure components across multiple cloud platforms. Develop and maintain software deployment, testing, and monitoring in cloud environments. Implement DT and Department of State security measures to protect cloud resources, including network security, identity and access management, encryption, and compliance. Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, availability, and cost optimization and implement proactive measures to address issues and improve efficiency. Provide technical guidance and support to internal groups.

Requirements:

US Citizenship and ability to obtain a federal clearance. Bachelor's degree is required. Minimum Five (5) years of experience with using and supporting a broad range of cloud technologies (e.g. EC2, ECR, ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, ELB, EFS, EBD, S3, VPC, SNS, SQS, SES, CloudWatch, Route 53) to develop and maintain a suite of client ICAM and XTA solutions with an emphasis on best practice cloud security. Integration experience and knowledge of both Microsoft Entra and Okta functionality, provisioning, and interface requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Secret Clearance. Experience designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based solutions in AWS, Azure, and Office 365. Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, as well as cloud service models and deployment models. Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash a plus. Familiarity with cloud security best practices, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
