Job Title: Cloud Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team at Guidehouse. As a Cloud Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to internal groups, designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure components, and implementing security measures to protect cloud resources.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure components across multiple cloud platforms.
  • Implement security measures to protect cloud resources, including network security, identity and access management, encryption, and compliance.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, availability, and cost optimization, and implement proactive measures to address issues and improve efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal groups.
Requirements:
  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain a federal clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum THREE (3) years of experience with using and supporting a broad range of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Office 365.
  • Integration experience and knowledge of both Microsoft Entra and Okta functionality, provisioning, and interface requirements.
