Key Responsibilities:
As the Head of Sales for our Source to Pay (S2P) practice, you will:
- Lead the growth of our S2P practice by formulating and implementing a comprehensive commercial strategy aimed at enhancing sales, increasing revenue, and expanding our geographical footprint.
- Act as the primary liaison for S2P to potential clients and partners.
- Oversee pursuit efforts for identified opportunities, including scoping, strategy development, negotiations, and closing deals with both existing and prospective clients.
- Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle and cultivate a robust practice pipeline.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create go-to-market materials that support sales initiatives.
- Position Clearsulting as a thought leader in the S2P space by effectively communicating our value proposition and nurturing our relationship with Coupa.
- Assess opportunities for new service offerings based on market trends and client needs.
- Contribute to the development of Clearsulting's S2P commercial organization, focusing on structure, capabilities, talent acquisition, and training.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in professional services, particularly in delivery roles with a proven track record in business development and sales.
- Experience in delivering enterprise-level, project-based Source to Pay services, specifically with Coupa.
- The ability to design and execute strategic and tactical plans to secure new business opportunities.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
