Job Overview

MainSail Group is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to support the Unit Level Intelligence (ULI) program, a critical initiative within the USAF Digital Directorate located at Hanscom AFB, MA. This hybrid position requires 2 days of on-site work at Hanscom AFB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and developers to create and update technical documentation for the ULI Program.
  • Analyze and recommend technical solutions to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Coordinate changes to the baseline through the development process.
  • Provide critical information to prioritize the team's work backlog.
  • Maintain relationships with 3rd Party product providers.
  • Track new versions through development and independent test activities.
  • Evaluate technical issues affecting functionality or delivery schedules.
  • Collect and review technical documentation.
  • Participate in conferences, interchanges, and product demos.
  • Conduct engineering functional analysis to support content and release decisions.
  • Present proposed hardware/software changes to working groups and review boards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in the respective technical discipline.
  • Previous Dept of Defense experience is required.
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess an adaptive personality.
  • Candidate should have excellent communication skills and analytical skills to identify and fault-isolate problems.
  • Must have an active US Security clearance.
  • Must be a US citizen.
