Overview

The Loyalty Senior Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving the strategy and management of our Loyalty Program. This position requires a deep understanding of wellness and Gen Z consumer trends, as well as best practices in experiential loyalty marketing.

This role will be responsible for analyzing program performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing optimization refreshes to drive business impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and the ability to develop strategic plans that align with business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer acquisition, nurturing, and onboarding.
  • Support the Senior Director in researching industry trends, competitive information, and consumer insights to inform loyalty program development.
  • Develop presentations and supporting documents to facilitate communication across stakeholder teams.
  • Work closely with external vendors and internal teams, including CRM, Brand/Marketing, Store Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Merchandising.
  • Partner with martech and finance to analyze loyalty program KPIs and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Loyalty Marketing, Brand/Consumer Strategy, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of digital media channels, including email, app push notifications, and SMS marketing.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bluecore, and/or Attentive is highly preferred.
  • Strong math and analytic skills, with the ability to review program metrics and balance KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing metrics and analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read and react to business needs.
  • Able to think creatively and display out-of-the-box thinking in consumer strategy.
  • Passion for the wellness industry, Gen Z consumer trends, and community building.

The Company's Loyalty Senior Manager base pay ranges from $60-$72/hr. This is a 6-month temporary assignment based in Los Angeles, requiring full-time onsite work.
