You will work collaboratively with Medical Directors of Cardiac Rehab and Electrophysiology to provide high-quality care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs
  • Ensure timely and proper documentation and billing
  • Collaborate with Medical Directors of Cardiac Rehab and Electrophysiology
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff
  • Develop and maintain budgetary goals
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of principles of cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation behavior modification strategies
  • Commitment to the concept of wellness and cardiovascular and pulmonary health
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
  • Good visual, verbal, and hearing skills
  • Ability to deal with diverse cultural backgrounds
  • BCLS and ACLS certifications
  • Five years of inpatient nursing experience, including at least one year of critical care
  • Two years of cardiac rehab experience
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, with a Bachelor of Science in nursing
  • Registered in Massachusetts
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience
  • Experience caring for patients with cardiac implant devices
  • Patient education and/or behavior modification
  • Master's degree in nursing, business, or healthcare administration
