Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Randstad USA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment: Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to maintain and enhance line equipment performance.
  • Perform preventive maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance tasks during scheduled windows to prevent downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Develop and refine maintenance procedures: Create and update maintenance protocols in our SAP PM database to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Implement improvements: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to prevent recurring equipment failures.
  • Operate and maintain equipment: Ensure all equipment in assigned areas is properly maintained, adjusted, and operated to meet production requirements.
  • Read and interpret schematics: Understand and apply technical drawings to fabricate small machine parts and guards as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and repair systems: Identify and resolve issues with pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems, including cylinders, valves, accumulators, and compressors.
  • Manage work orders: Utilize SAP to track and manage work orders and maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion and optimal resource allocation.
