YOUR ROLE AS AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

In this role, you will provide courteous service to customers while performing maintenance and repairs on their HVAC systems. You will be well-prepared and confident in your abilities, which include inspecting ductwork, troubleshooting equipment, and documenting essential information. After conducting thorough system inspections, you will promptly communicate your findings to ensure the best possible service.

Each day, you will arrive equipped with the necessary tools and parts, maintaining organization and efficiency in your work. Safety and cleanliness are paramount, and you will adhere to company standards while keeping your work vehicle tidy. As a collaborative team member, you will work closely with your supervisor when necessary. This position offers daily learning opportunities, allowing you to grow in your HVAC career.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds regularly
  • Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, stooping, and kneeling
  • Basic computer proficiency, including internet and email usage
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends

While an EPA certification and prior experience are advantageous, they are not mandatory. If you meet these qualifications and can fulfill the responsibilities of this HVAC technician role, we would be pleased to consider you for our team.
