YOUR ROLE AS AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

In this position, you will interact courteously with customers while performing maintenance and repairs on their heating and cooling systems. You will be well-prepared and confident in your service delivery, which may include inspecting ductwork, troubleshooting equipment, and documenting necessary information. After conducting a thorough system inspection, you will promptly communicate your findings to ensure the best ongoing service.

For each service call, you will arrive equipped with the necessary tools and parts. You will maintain organization and efficiency in tracking tools used and ensure your work vehicle is kept tidy. Adhering to safety and cleanliness standards is essential, and you will collaborate with your supervisor as needed. Every day presents new learning opportunities, and you will find fulfillment in advancing your career in the heating and cooling industry.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED OR equivalent experience
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds regularly
  • Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, stooping, and kneeling
  • Basic computer skills, including internet navigation and email
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends
