Escrow Officer

United One Escrow Inc. is seeking a seasoned and ambitious Business Development Professional to spearhead our growth in the Torrance, CA area.

The selected candidate will be rewarded with a competitive $85,000 per annum salary, plus lucrative commissions for bringing their own profitable book of business. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and holidays.

This high-profile role entails being the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for completing all tasks associated with new title orders from intake to closing and funding. The ideal candidate must possess extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations, as well as industry guidelines.

1. At least 5+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer.
2. Able to work independently and efficiently under pressure, meeting pressing deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
3. Strong understanding of real estate contracts, mortgage loans, title commitments, and title insurance.
4. Must be able to pass all required background checks.
5. Prior experience in Manufactured Home or Bulk Sale Escrow is preferred.
